ANN ARBOR, MI – One of the lawsuits accusing the University of Michigan of cyber security negligence during an August internet outage has been dismissed, court records show.
Kerri Graham, a third-year student on the Ann Arbor campus, filed a Court of Claims lawsuit on Nov. 1 alleging the university lacked proper security measures to prevent the August hack that shut down campus internet.
